Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LifeCellSkin. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

Processing Windows: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
High Volume Adjustments: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay in shipment occurs, we will contact you directly via email.
Tracking Notifications: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery times generally follow the estimates below:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier constraints, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

LifeCellSkin ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery to P.O. Boxes may require standard shipping methods rather than expedited carriers.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LifeCellSkin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and duties).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately.
